Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Houston NW-Cy-Fair

I absolutely love it here. Big spacious rooms, king size beds, kitchenette 's. Cleaner than any place I have ever stayed. Lots cleaner than most people's house.. Lots of plug-ins and lights. Reasonable prices. Staff is great. My home away from home.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant in helping us book a last minute room when our original reservations fell through Leaving us stranded out of state. She had availability which was a miracle considering every where else was booked for the event nearby. Easy check in, 80 for one night which worked great for our situation, and the rooms were good. A wee bit run down, but to be expected. Having comfortable beds, a hot shower and clean space was more than enough. And the bathroom mirror was fantastic for doing your makeup.

We had a really good experience. I booked a room through a booking app and when we arrived the room wasn't available. The guy working the front desk was very helpful and got us a room that fit our needs and saved us money. Call the hotel themselves for booking rooms or use the hotel chains app. The rooms where very clean. The kitchen was clean. One down fall is you need to bring a coffee pot or go to the front office and get coffee. They also don't provide pots and pans nor plates or silverware. I totally get why they don't though. It's a very quiet hotel and the staff is friendly, they want to make your stay as you see fit. Also if your looking at going to MD Anderson or any of the hospitals it's not to far of drive. For me to take my husband back and forth to MD Anderson it took me roughly 25 minutes and it's almost a straight shot very easy to remember the route. We will stay again.

Very clean hotel. A few minor issues in the room but nothing that isn't expected from general wear and tear. No bugs! Accommodating and professional staff. Kind and helpful cleaning ladies. No pets are allowed. Some smoking rooms and kitchenettes are available. Cameras and well-lit parking lot! Parking can be tricky at night with limited spots available, but it's our home away from home while we work on repairs from the winter storm.

Our room was very clean, and the manager was very polite. The location is great and the price you can’t beat.

Overall, I was pleased with my stay at the Economy Lodge Inn. One item to note is that it is tucked behind other businesses so it is easy to miss at night; they have a small, red neon sign at the driveway to assist which helped. There aren't a lot of amenities, like a pool or anything. The lobby area also doubles as the location they serve the continental breakfast. It is very small and can become crowded if a handful of guests show up for breakfast at the same time. The proximity to restaurants and shopping and the room itself made up for the lack of amenities. There are a lot of dining options and a mall within a couple of miles so it was very convenient to grab dinner and a drink after arriving later in the evening. I was pleasantly surprised by how modern the decor in the room was. The fixtures were all updated and the accommodations were great.

The rooms are a good size. The AC works well they are pretty clean especially for the price. The staff is helpful and nice. The cleaning ladies were on top of it very helpful. My only complaint would be the microwave was missing the circle thing I did and then it was smooth sailing.

The hotel clerk Sunny/Sonny was very accommodating and helpful! Although the room had a weird smell, it was clean throughout. The sheets and blanket on the bed was free of marks/dirt. One of the pillowcases had what appeared to be skid marks..not sure what it was. The bathroom was clean except for the shower curtain..there was an orange/brown stain ugh. It was quiet at night; no disturbances while sleeping. No randoms hanging around and my car was free of damage while parked on their property. There is a CVS, Starbucks and Zaxbys within walking distance as well. I recommend this spot!
